The operations of the Solitaire Capital India have been structured with the objective of maintaining high levels of business ethics, corporate governance and transparency of operations. The Fund has been set up as a trust. Solitaire Capital Trustees Pvt Ltd is the trustee company with an independent board of directors, which shall administer the Fund. Solitaire Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd is the Investment Manager.
