The Investors into this fund shall be Indian Banks and Financial Institutions, Indian High Net-worth Individuals and Indian Corporates. The Fund shall invest in real estate development projects in India. The underlying investments shall be made in association with Solitaire Capital Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore which is a real estate fund targeted at Non resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin.
