Solitaire endeavors to invest in early stage growth opportunities in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. It has capability to manage such investments on the strength of an experienced and well versed management team.

The management team comprises of professionals with the functional expertise in project finance, investment banking, corporate governance, project and site management, corporate finance, Business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, urban planning, statistical analysis, Real Estate and accounting. The cumulative experience of the team is more than 100 man years.

CEO having extensive experience and expertise of leading multidisciplinary teams engaged in the business of real estate and private equity investments.

One Senior Vice President & One Vice President who are qualified Chartered Accountants and wide exposure in investment banking, corporate governance, project management in infrastructure projects, project and site management, corporate finance, business restructuring, mergers acquisitions, de-mergers and hive-off with national and international organizations. One Vice President having long experience in financial and corporate matters.

Two Resource Panelists having experience in banking, financial management, merchant banking, portfolio management and systems.

Three Analysts having experience in research, interpretation and analysis of financial information.
